Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Buffalo
• Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Buffalo

Jackie attended the University at Buffalo and focused her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and continued on to graduate from their Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Since graduating, Jackie has concentrated her physical therapy skills in the outpatient orthopedic setting and has treated exclusively in the Long Island Area for over 10 years. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities to help them reach their fitness goals.

Jackie has taken a vast array of continuing education courses to further her knowledge of the human body. More recently Jackie has completed her certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and plans to continue on to get her certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy to help treat patients with Lymphedema. She has attended functional manual therapy classes at the nationally recognized Institute of Physical Art and was trained for several years working under a Certified Functional Manual Therapist.

Jackie is an avid runner and completed her first marathon in 2012. She takes personal interest in learning about the prevention and treatment of runner’s injuries.
